It enables a solid mounting of the navigation device in the vehicle with its patented magnet contact. With a simple click, the device can be mounted and removed from the cradle. At the same time, the pole plates of the magnet enable a safe power transmission from the holder to the device. Inconvenient handling of the charger cable is a thing of the past with this concept. Moreover, the active car cradle is equipped with the Herbert Richter (HR) 4-hole grid system and thereby is compatible with numerous vehicle specific mounting adapters.
